Zoning Hearing
The hearing with the Administrative Law Judge is scheduled for August 11th and August 12th. Develop. & Zoning Hearing-Case Nos. 01-0616 & 2021-0291-SPHASA-Ellicott Mill-Wilkins Rogers Md., Inc./Terra Nova Ventures, LLC.
CREW Neighborhood Series
Christina Tufaro from Terra Nova Ventures presented at the CREW Neighborhood Series for Howard County on the Ellicott Mill project. The group toured old town Ellicott City and finished at the Ellicott Mill site.
Federal and State Historic Tax Credits
The Ellicott Mill rehabilitation has earned both Federal and Maryland State historic tax credits. Detailed plans were submitted for the National Park Service and Maryland Historic Trust to review and determine what is permitted. This will continue during the construction process.
Community Tours
David Tufaro, the developer, and Charles Alexander, the architect, offered three tours to approximately 80 community members on Saturday, February 26th, 2022 to talk about the proposed redevelopment and answer any questions.
